Free Street is in residency at Pulaski Park through the Chicago Park District's Arts Partners in Residence program which unites artists and communities in Chicago's parks.

Free Street was the first Arts Partner in the Chicago Park District and has been in residence at Pulaski Park since 1993. In exchange for occupancy, Free Street provides free programming to the park.
